Regular times:

1. Reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the arrival day - In case of an arrival after 6 p.m. a guarantee by credit card no. + exp. date is necessary (Arrival possible until 12 a.m.!)
2. In case of a guaranteed reservation a cancellation is possible until 6 p.m. on the arrival day
3. In case of a guaranteed reservation: for no-show or cancellation after 6 p.m. on the arrival day we charge 80% of the room rate of the first night


Before- and after fair times:

1. Guarantee by credit card no. + exp. date necessary
2. Cancellation possible until one day before arrival (until 12 p.m.)
3. For no-show or earlier departure or cancellation after the in point 2 mentioned point of time we charge 80% of the room rate of the first night


Fairtime:

1. Guarantee by credit card no. + exp. date necessary
2. Cancellation possible until 90 days before arrival (until 12 p.m.)
3. After the expiration of the cancellation deadline we charge 30% deposit of the whole amount of the indicated credit card no. (deposit payment also possible by bank transfer in advance)
4. For no-show or earlier departure or cancellation after the in point 2 mentioned point of time we charge 80% of the room rate for all reserved rooms and/ or nights being left



We reserve the right to retrieve a authorization of the indicated credit card no. before the arrival.
